Jim Rioux’s work has appeared in a variety of publications, including Five Points, Prairie Schooner, The North American Review, and The Cortland Review. He is the co-founder of the indie rock band Pale Wallace and recently released a solo album, Darlings of the Soil, with Burst and Bloom Records. He teaches writing at the University of New Hampshire and lives in Kittery, ME with his wife Amanda and retired greyhound Duncan.
